The Omnichannel Commerce Mentor

Omnichannel commerce is a term used to designate the practice by which a retailer or a brand will market its offer on all available sales channels (online and offline).

Bastien Valensi, the CEO and founder of CABAIA is an expert in this field. Evolving since birth in the world of entrepreneurship with his father, he developed a merchant mentality from an early age: at 6 years old he started selling his books to make pocket money, at 18 he set up a company of destocking of major brands as a pure web player.

It is through these two experiences that he discovers the business: the importance of margin, digital acquisition strategies, the importance of customer loyalty, and the absolute necessity to deliver an impeccable customer experience to optimize retention.

In 2012, he developed his company on a new channel: physical retail.

Then in 2015, he created CABAIA with the desire to create an international accessories brand based on 3 distribution channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).

CABAIA is a success, in 5 years it already achieves more than 15M of turnover with a growth of 100% per year.

It is this success that grants it the place of expert in omnichannel commerce during this Paris Retail Week.

Antoine Dubois has 20 years of experience in the field of communication and marketing and a great deal of expertise in the hotel sector.
