The Assembly Rooms

Putney’s first commercial development to be completed in a decade, The Assembly Rooms is situated in the leafy waterside borough in southwest London. The office development aims to appeal to eco- and wellbeing-conscious occupiers thanks to its sustainable and wellness-focused design.

Situated on the junction of Werter Road and Putney High Street, the site has a rich history. First opening its doors in the 1870s, it was converted into a cinema in 1911 at the height of the silent film era, earning its moniker after changing operators two years later.

The Assembly Rooms offers 24,515 sq. ft of high-quality workspace over four floors, and occupiers benefit from access to a cutting-edge gym and a panoramic 2,000 sq. ft roof terrace which offers scenic views across central London.

Sustainability is embedded within The Assembly Rooms’ design, with its green features including high performance thermal and ventilation systems, air and water purification, and e-charging points for electric vehicles. Motion sensors mean that lights can be automatically switched off when not in use, allowing tenants to save on energy. Fitted with some of the best-in-class interior and exterior design, the Assembly Rooms incorporate natural materials throughout, including stone finishes and living green walls.
