#I.o.T.
David Walker of Beringar

Beringar, a smart building sensor company, announces that it is the first sensor company to ‘SmartServer IoT Partner Program’ from Dialog Semiconductor. The partnership will enable organisations to benefit from data-driven insights on their built environment via Beringar’s sensor technology, which will automatically feed into a building management system driving energy efficiencies and enabling carbon reduction programs and journeys.

Dialog Semiconductor is a provider of standard and custom integrated circuits that power the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0 applications. Its SmartServer IoT Partner Program gives Systems Integrators and OEM Solutions Providers access to Dialog’s SmartServer IoT edge server and open software suite, including freely available integration tools and APIs, certified training, and premium support.

SmartServer IoT creates a ‘data fabric’ that seamlessly connects systems and provides the necessary services to enable superior, data-driven operational workflows for organisations, as well as giving them access to secure, scalable integration of IoT technologies.

Beringar is a data platform that enables clients to understand and adjust their interaction with their built environment to drive carbon emission reductions. Utilising the ‘sensor-as-a-service’ model it has created and manufactured the advanced and technically adept sensor (the HX2) which delivers data to the client in real time and/or historically. Using customisable dashboards and heatmaps Beringar delivers performance metrics that benchmark and signpost Carbon journeys compatible with good ESG values and outcomes.

David Walker, CRO, Beringar, “We are delighted to join such a reputable IoT ecosystem. Our sensor technology enables organisations to get a new level of visibility over their built environments and make data-driven decisions that will enable them to more effectively reduce carbon emissions and enhance good ESG outcomes. By partnering with Dialog Semiconductor, data from our sensors will seamlessly feed into a building management system, which aids the real time deliverability of carbon emission reduction.”
