The Initiative is Microsoft's "AAAA" studio that's tasked with creating quality experiences. It's based in Santa Monica and the team keeps on growing. A lot of Sony Santa Monica developers have made the jump, but another one recently joined the team, too.
Principal Environment Artist Erik Jakobsen joined The Initiative in December 2019. Jakobsen was working as a Senior Staff Environment Artist at Sony Santa Monica before this. The listing was spotted by Klobrille on LinkedIn.
